Six pieces of work, chosen because each one shows a different call I had to make rather than a different number I hit. Most are from Doodle, where I was Director of Growth and then Chief Growth Officer across four years, which was long enough to find out whether the decisions held. Every figure below is one I reported internally.
Earlier work
Gett · London · 2018–2021
Ran UK marketplace operations across nine cities, then global product marketing through the rebrand, then B2B retention and growth across the UK, Israel and Russia. Rebuilt the website end to end during the SaaS transition (+25% visits in three months, landing page creation from two days to a few hours). Grew revenue from existing accounts 15% and retention 12%. Launched Bristol in two weeks with 150 drivers onboarded.
Amazon Prime Video · London · 2017–2018
Senior Program Manager on the UK and Germany launch of Amazon Channels. Managed 81 content partners including ITV, NBC, RTL and Discovery, and built the SQL self-service reporting that lifted content availability 10%.
Schlumberger · North Sea, Italy, UAE · 2007–2015
Eight years in oilfield completions. Field engineer on three-week offshore rotations, then quality lead for Continental Europe, then instructor at the global training centre. Saved a client $8M through process improvement, cut quality and safety incidents 64%, and was named Best Instructor of 2014 out of eighty.
