I'm in San Francisco 7 to 14 September. At Lenny & Friends Summit on the 10th, free either side. Coffee, a walk, thirty minutes anywhere in the city.
What I'm looking for
A seat where I own the growth or monetisation engine at a product-led company that's serious about AI. Three things matter:
The mandate is real.
A strategic seat, authority to change things, reporting to the CEO or the CPO. I've done execution-only and I'm not good at it.
It's a product company.
Product-led or seriously building towards it, with enough scale and enough data that rigour pays for itself. I do my best work from about sixty people upwards, where there's a real data function.
AI is in the product, or in the plan.
Not "we're evaluating it."
Titles that fit: VP or Head of Growth · Head of Monetisation or Pricing · Director of Growth Product · GM of a self-serve business · Head of Strategy and Operations with a commercial mandate.
Where: Europe, or remote on European hours. British citizen with EU work rights and UK authorisation.
